4) IPL AUCTION 2019
The IPL auction ahead of the 2019 season will see a total of 346 cricketers have been shortlisted for the event. A total of 226 Indian cricketers are set to go under the hammer. The highest base price, that a select group of players have listed themselves for, is INR 2 crore. This list includes elite international cricketers like Brendon McCullum, Chris Woakes, Lasith Malinga, Colin Ingram, Shaun Marsh, Corey Anderson, Sam Curran, Angelo Mathews and D’Arcy Short.

Indian Premier League is one of the most popular twenty20 cricket tournaments in which India’s local players and several foreign players take participation each year. The first edition of IPLT20 was held in 2008 which was won by Rajasthan Royals. Last season of Indian Premier League was 11th edition which was won by Chennai Super Kings in 2018. Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings are the most successful teams in the IPL history as they have won Indian Premier League three times each.
